Messages: messages you send through the site, so we can deliver them and keep the community safe.
Trust activity: rank progress, verification steps, and moderation records (such as reports and blocks).

What we NEVER do

We never sell your personal information. Ever.
We never share health-related information about you with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
We never use your private profile details for advertising or marketing.
Ranks are earned through verification and good conduct — never bought, and never influenced by advertisers.

How we use your information

To run the site: accounts, profiles, matching, messaging, and the rank system.
To keep people safe: moderation, fraud prevention, and enforcing our Terms of Service.
To improve the Heeps: aggregated, de-identified analytics only — never tied back to you.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand overall site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

Your control

You can edit or remove your profile information at any time from your account settings.
You can delete your account from your settings or by contacting us — we’ll remove your profile and personal data, except for limited records we must keep for safety or legal reasons.
